Employers' Perspectives about Diversity and Inclusion in Skills Development for Fieldwork
We will discuss the skills that undergraduate students develop in field research programs and what employers look for in entry level positions. We will also explore questions of diversity and inclusion in skills development for field work in terms of race, gender, discipline, or disability etc. – from the employers’ perspective. The webinar will include an opportunity for panelists to answer questions submitted by attendees through a live Q&A session.
